Florida Felony Scoresheet Calculator

Interactive calculator · Law Offices of Jeffrey A. Haynes, P.A.

For preliminary review only. This estimates points under Florida’s Criminal Punishment Code for offenses committed on or after October 1, 1998. Select the law and offense level applicable on the offense date. It is not an official scoresheet or a prediction of the sentence. Special rules, mandatory minimums, reclassification, statutory maximums, departures, and sentencing for offenses under different versions of the law require individual review. No information is sent or saved.

1. Primary offense

Choose the scored level after any applicable attempt, solicitation, conspiracy, or reclassification rule. Capital felonies are outside this calculator.

2. Additional offenses

Enter the number of convictions at each level pending sentencing. Include qualifying misdemeanors where appropriate.

3. Victim injury

Only include points legally applicable to the offenses being scored. An injury category may not be available for every charge.

4. Prior record

Enter the number of qualifying prior convictions at each level, subject to the rules in the preparation manual.

5. Other points and special rules

Enter community sanction and other points only after determining the proper rule. A prior capital felony can triple primary and additional offense points; this draft does not implement that calculation.
